Hotel Shoba Inn

The room was small, dirty, and in poor shape, with an ugly ceiling and a dirty, poorly maintained pathway leading to it. Water had stagnated in the bathroom, making it unhygienic and unsafe. For ₹4,000 for just 12 hours during the Indigo flight cancellation crisis, this was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. Taking advantage of passengers in a crisis like that is unacceptable. Avoid this scam hotel.

After my 16-hour flight, I was exhausted and dizzy and just needed somewhere to rest. They said three rooms were available, but each was worse than the last: no views, dirty walls, and one room's walls were peeling from humidity. I chose the least bad one because I was too tired to keep looking. When I returned with my luggage, they'd given my room to four men who had just arrived, without asking or telling us. The other rooms they showed us weren't any better. One smelled strongly of urine, and even the cleaner seemed annoyed when we asked him to clean it properly. They also tried to charge us too much for another room. This place felt dirty, dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. What a joke of a management. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The pool was filthy, with algae, and they still weren't cleaning it. The location was very bad, there was no room service, and they didn't seem to care about guests. They charge a lot for no use.

The rooms were dirty, and housekeeping management was very bad. I called reception many times, but nobody cleaned my room. The service was very bad. I don't recommend staying here, and I won't come back.
