Hotel Signature Grand

We had no issues while we were there for a wedding. The rooms were spacious, the staff were humble and nice, and the food was amazing. I'd recommend the place for family functions.

We ended our stay a night early, after three nights, even though we had planned to stay four. The room cleanliness and service were so poor that we lost faith in the hotel. The worst part was finding a used condom packet under the bed. We told management, who promptly came to clean the room, and the manager personally apologized, but we still decided to move hotels. The rooms are cramped and badly laid out, as are the corridors, and I never felt fresh there. There are no windows in the hotel. The restaurant is very dim, almost like being in a bar, and management seems focused on weddings and events, with little attention for guests who are just staying. Prices were too high: coffee was 100 Rs and mineral water 70 Rs a bottle. The tea and coffee weren't worth even 20 Rs. The tea had no consistency, one day overloaded with ginger, another with tea powder. There were two good points. The restaurant chef kindly cooked food we had brought for our 1.5 year old, which was a relief to see our child eat his favourite food. Also, hot water was available 24 hours and came from the tap right away, which is useful in Delhi winters.

The Signature Grand was a huge disappointment and not worth the money. The rooms were filthy, badly maintained, and below what a decent hotel should provide. Staff were rude and unprofessional, with no basic hospitality or way of speaking to guests. They couldn't even provide cutlery when I asked. This place doesn't meet minimum service standards, and I'd strongly advise avoiding it.

I attended a function here. The toilets were a positive, kept neat and clean. The interior and decor were good and very well maintained. The food was good too, though it was hard to tell the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes apart. The paper tags were printed, but barely visible.
