During our Golden Triangle Tour with Lumle Holidays, my wife and I spent two nights at Park Plaza Delhi CBD Hotel. We had a spotless, well-kept room on the 7th floor, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was incredible, with perfectly prepared food and lovely presentation. Gunjan looked after us at breakfast and made great recommendations. Highly recommend it.

At Hari Om Restaurant, the food was freshly prepared and delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. We were extremely happy with the excellent service and really enjoyed our visit. Thank you so much, Hariom. We'd highly recommend Hari Om Restaurant for tasty food, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel had a lovely, relaxed feel, with nice rooms and delicious food. The evening buffet had plenty to choose from, breakfast had a delightful spread, and the omelette was great. Manisha helped us a lot at breakfast and guided us with a smile. Last night's buffet was lovely, too, and a very helpful man whose name we didn't catch because we were tired from traveling was great. As first-time visitors to Delhi, we didn't find the location ideal. A shuttle to the metro might help.

The hotel itself was good, but I had a very bad experience with the reception staff, who were unprofessional. Himanshu at reception was aggressive, rude, strange, and arrogant, with a real attitude problem. He acted as if he was going to start a fight with guests. That's not what I expected from the hotel staff. This is a professional job, not your home, so you shouldn't pick fights with guests. If you can't be professional, the hotel will suffer from your attitude. I hope you don't own a property and are just an employee.
