Hotel Sopan Heights

I had a triple room, their highest category, and the rooms are much better than other properties in this area. The breakfast was good and had enough to enjoy, though the choices weren't extensive. As someone who often stays in 5 star properties, I found the room service a bit slow, but not by much. The staff were good, but housekeeping didn't satisfy me. You have to stay with them and point out every bit of dirt you can see. The hotel, rooms, and food are good; housekeeping could improve. If you're planning to stay in karol bagh, give this place a try.

I've stayed many times before, but wasn't satisfied this time. The behavior was the worst. They treat guests like their workers, and don't know how to speak to them.

Our first stay here didn't disappoint. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location is excellent, right next to karol bagh market. While we waited for our late check-in, the owner was very sweet and gave us a banana and chocolate.

The air conditioning service was very poor, and the AC doesn't work at all. The complimentary breakfast was poor too, with very few items.
