Vipasha stayed with us through the decor planning, understood what we had in mind, and helped make the venue look just as we imagined. Her help made the event feel stress-free and enjoyable. The banquet area was spacious, the location was great, and the food was good. Staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile. We had a lovely experience here and would recommend it for a well-managed, hassle-free event.

Sakshi worked hard, stayed attentive, and did her best to manage everything politely. I really appreciated her dedication and positive attitude. We recently held a Kitty Party on behalf of the Brahman community at Hotel South Gate. The location is excellent, the property clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere pleasant and comfortable, which made the gathering special. Service was a letdown, though. Some food arrived late, and the scheduled dum aloo and missi roti/naan weren't served as expected. Instead of proper dum aloo, we got fried potatoes. We had specific expectations for the event, so that was disappointing. Timely, accurate service matters for a gathering like this. The venue and ambiance are wonderful, but better coordination would improve future events.

The coordination from ROHIT helped everything run smoothly and kept the day stress-free. He was professional and friendly, and went above and beyond so my niece felt like the star of the day. I attended her birthday party at Southgate Hotel, Green Park, New Delhi, and it was unforgettable. The warm, elegant setting suited the celebration, and the vibrant decorations were beautifully arranged. Both children and adults enjoyed the joyful atmosphere. Staff were courteous and attentive, handling every detail seamlessly. The food was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and carefully presented. Guests kept complimenting its variety and taste. Southgate Hotel in Green Park is a fantastic place for memorable celebrations. I'd highly recommend it for great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere, and look forward to celebrating here again.
