Hotel SSENSSE

For someone taking exams at Delhi school of professional studies and research, this hotel is nearby and could be a useful place to stay. I paid around 1700 for a single room and stayed two days. The room was decent, with a bed and pillows, but the sheets had stains and dirt. They don't provide soap, paste, or a brush. The toilet flush didn't work properly, and the lights had a loose connection. Food is available, though the dining area isn't clean, so management should address that and improve the food service. Even with those issues, it was a good stay overall, 7/10.

The rooms are so cramped they can make you feel claustrophobic, and the locks don't work properly. Food comes from a nearby dhaba and isn't available on time. The worst part was the power cuts. The hotel gives no backup, and doesn't seem to care about guest requests or the delays this caused us. We couldn't get ready in time for our event. The answer we got was, "Generators can not be used in Delhi." Horrible, frustrating, harrowing. I don't know how this place has a 4.1 star rating. Check on electricity backup before booking.

For what they charge, there's nothing worthwhile in the service or room quality. They're overcharging for the stay. The staff were very rude and not attentive at all. The location is fine during the day, but not good if you're leaving after 8PM. A place's service and staff attention are what make an experience good or bad.

Please take my word for it, don't come here. I made a blunder staying at this hotel. The air conditioning was very poor, the bathrooms were dirty and malicious, and when the power went out, even the fan stopped because they said they had no generator. The food was stale too. I came because my exam center was nearby, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 🙏🙏
