I’d stayed here before, so I gave honest feedback about the dilapidated room and its fixtures. The front desk manager was disrespectful, arrogant, stubborn, and shameless, with no basic front office skills. The bathroom was dirty, the linen had holes, and the AC vents were unclean. It wasn’t worth staying. Never again.

Service was good and the food quality was commendable. The room could have been cleaner, and there’s room to improve the towels and sanitary facilities. Hot water availability also needs work.

A decent hotel in a peaceful area, close to Yashobhoomi. On busy days it’s hard to find parking, so you have to leave the car on the roadside. The rooms cost a bit too much for their condition, and there are much better, cheaper hotels in the area.

Housekeeping did a good job and the room was clean. The restaurant ran around the clock, which was great. We had breakfast at 4:30 am, and safety was good too. I enjoyed the room and had a superb experience.

Water shortage caused serious problems, and even after several requests we weren’t given welcome kits. The TV didn’t work, and we couldn’t control the AC temperature. These and other issues stayed unresolved despite being reported multiple times. There was construction work going on at the property too. I won’t choose it again.
