The whole place had a bad feel, so I checked out right away. First they put me in a dirty room, and the receptionist didn’t seem to know which rooms were clean. They moved me after I complained, but the second room also looked dirty and cheap. The TV was broken, the bedsheet was dirty, and the AC didn’t work.
Food takes a long time to arrive. I also booked through OYO, but after I’d checked in it seemed they hadn’t told OYO, and I got a message saying my booking was cancelled because I hadn’t shown up.
The staff were good, but they need to learn more about the hotel business. The place was very dusty, and the rooms were really dirty and not clean.
I booked this hotel on OYO for 599, but when I got there they said they couldn’t let me stay at that rate. I called OYO customer care twice, and they still refused to honor it. A terrible experience with OYO.
Room service was awful. The bedsheets were dirty and had stains.
