There were cockroaches, chewing gum on my bed, and noise all night in the hallway. The service was below the benchmark, and they demanded money for basic things like mattresses and blankets, which isn’t acceptable. My online booking wasn’t accepted either. It was a really bad experience. If you want to ruin your mood, this is the place, and I’d recommend it to someone looking to spoil their day.

I couldn’t sleep because of noise from outside and nearby rooms. The food was poor and overpriced, and there was an electricity issue. Basic amenities were missing, while service was extremely slow. Whenever I asked for help, the staff were rude and unhelpful. My room was dirty, the sheets stained, and the bathroom smelled terrible. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I won’t stay here again or recommend it.

We couldn’t relax or feel secure during our stay. Late at night, staff repeatedly knocked on our room door and seemed intoxicated, leaving us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe as female guests. Guest safety should come first, and this hotel failed badly. Management needs to improve staff professionalism, security, and how late-night behavior is handled. I wouldn’t recommend it to women or families looking for a safe stay.

A hotel stay somehow means losing sleep and wanting to go home. The room smells like soap, mystery, and whatever dreams the last guests left behind. There are 300 channels on the TV, but nothing to watch except shows in languages you don’t understand and one blurry channel. The bathroom light is harsh, the mirror tells the truth about your tired face, and the shower flips from ice age to volcano without warning. Then there’s the bed: pillows like bricks or clouds that slide out from under your head, and a blanket that’s too short no matter how tall you are. The air conditioner makes odd crying sounds all night, like it doesn’t want to be there either. Hotels promise comfort, but somehow deliver confusion and sleeplessness.
