Hotel Tourist Lodge

I stayed two days and left very disappointed. The AC kept switching itself off, the electricity cut out now and then, and the bathroom was tiny with a washbasin I couldn’t reach properly. The TV remote didn’t work, and food orders took an hour and a half to arrive. Nobody brought water to the room during the whole stay. At checkout, they charged me an extra 600rs for just three hours, saying it counted as another night, even though staff had never told me about that beforehand. I wouldn’t recommend it.

New Delhi Railway Station is very close, and shopping spots like Karol bagh and palika bazar are nearby too. The rooms were clean, and the management was courteous with friendly staff. Nice hotel for the money.

The staff were cooperative and the food tasted good. Rooms were clean and well maintained, and the wifi speed was a real surprise. Service was slow, though, and I really disliked the small bathrooms and lack of a geyser.

The customer service was awful and very rude. The actual room was small and unhygienic, nothing like the hotel's pictures, including the washroom in the 3x deluxe room. It feels like they're using fake reviews and photos on other apps like Oyo to pull in customers. Don't book here.
