I booked through MMT for a few hours of rest before my flight, but this turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. The room was shockingly dirty and nothing like the pictures. Staff were disrespectful and rude. My booking was for 6-9am, but I didn't get into the room until 7am because a staff member couldn't find the reservation. I went down to check out at 10am, after the three hours I'd paid for from my 7am check-in. The woman at reception demanded another hour's payment, saying checkout was at 9am. When I pointed out the late check-in, she shrugged and said I had to pay or she'd misuse my Aadhar copy. Her words were, “Mere pass apke IDs hain dekh lo”. I hope the right people see this and take strict action against such ridiculous, incompetent staff.

I only booked this place in an emergency so I could get ready for a function, and even that short stay was hard to endure. The room wasn't worth the price, and the washroom was in such terrible shape that you'd be better off not using it. There was no soap or towels, and the geyser didn't work. The place was unhygienic and dirty, and the staff were inattentive and unresponsive. Worst experience ever.

They had rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors but put us in room 402 on the 4th floor. The lift wasn't working, and the room was horrible. There was a 🪱 worm crawling on the bed and mosquitoes all over the room. When we complained, the receptionist ignored us and just asked whether we were leaving or staying. This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever visited.

You could hear sounds from the other rooms clearly, so there was no privacy and it was very disturbing. The room smelled unpleasant, especially the bed and sheets, and it was extremely dirty. There wasn't even a TV, and mosquitoes and cockroaches were everywhere. The whole place felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. I regret booking here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Management needs to improve cleanliness, facilities, and guest comfort.

Good value for the price, with a nice room and property. The staff behaved well too. I had a nice experience, so I'd recommend visiting. You'll thank me.
