Fabhotel Sugar Inn

The room was in such bad shape that we didn’t check in. It smelled of smoke, the cupboard was broken, and wires hung in the washroom. We were travelling with our two small children, but there wasn’t even a place to sit at reception or anyone offering us water. After standing in the corridor without AC for half an hour, we left. I called the number they gave me and asked for a refund since we hadn’t stayed and weren’t satisfied with the room or atmosphere. They refused. The receptionist said Fab Hotel had received our advance and told us to ask them, but Fab Hotel also refused. I can’t think of anything good to say about this place. BAD Hotel would fit better.

Breakfast was served in an unhygienic area that felt like a health risk. The staff were rude and seemed not to care, while cockroaches wandered around. The bedding was stained, the rooms filthy, and the bathroom smelled worse than a garbage dump. This place is a disaster. Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff were warm and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The hotel was clean and comfortable too, and the price was budget friendly. It worked well for both business and leisure travel.

Getting even the complimentary water bottle meant practically begging, and they didn’t provide soap. The bedsheets were dirty and only changed after I asked. You weren’t given a key, either. Every time you came back, hotel staff had to open the room. Breakfast was very bad, and I had to ask repeatedly for it even though it was included. The worst experience I’ve had.
