RS Hotels by OYO Rooms

Two arrogant men at the hotel told me they wouldn’t let me stay if I booked through the OYO app. They wanted double what OYO showed for the room. I politely said I’d choose OYO because it had the lower price, but they rudely insisted I pay cash and said they wouldn’t allow the app booking. The staff were very rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests. I can’t recommend this place.

The hotel was hard to find, and even Google Maps didn’t help. It’s in a secluded location. I booked for around 500 INR and went to reception, where I was told they don’t accept online bookings, despite my confirmation saying it was accepted. I had a meeting scheduled and asked for a room, but the receptionist tried to charge me three times the usual rate, saying it was the weekend price. A horrendous experience. BIG NO, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Everything you need is nearby in the market area, and Pitampura Metro is an easy walk away. Mr. Rohit & Mr. Jay at RS Hotel were especially helpful, guiding me and providing support for a safe and convenient stay in Delhi. The service was polite, the hospitality was lovely, and I enjoyed the experience. Great value, and the best OYO in this area.

The rooms were in terrible condition, with water leaking from the ACs. We booked for two nights, but the property wouldn’t accept our prepaid OYO booking. The manager was rude and harassed my driver, and the hotel charged twice the amount OYO had quoted. OYO didn’t refund our money. Please don’t stay here. The property should be reported as fraudulent and removed from the OYO listing.
