We booked 20 rooms at Hotel PALM Grand, Naraina, New Delhi for our wedding celebrations. We had our engagement on the 25th, Haldi and Mehendi on the 26th, and the wedding on 27th October 2025. We checked out on the 28th, after three days there, and the whole experience was exceptional. Breakfast, lunch, and food for the events were fresh, delicious, and very well managed. Mr. Rajeev, the hotel manager, deserves special mention for his coordination and support. At reception, Manisha and Abhishek were polite, professional, and helpful throughout. The service was amazing, room service was great, and the staff were very cooperative. Their tasty food made our most important days even more memorable. Highly recommended for weddings and events!

A family event there turned into a horrible memory when our car window was broken and our belongings were stolen. The hotel used valet parking, but we didn't know where the car had been left, and there was no designated parking. I felt the staff should have been accountable, but they took no responsibility. Instead, they said these crimes happen and valet parking is always at the owner's risk. It ruined the mood for our whole family on what should have been a happy, memorable day. Their staff's negligence and lack of accountability caused that.

The hotel's atmosphere was nice, and it did a decent job hosting my friend's wedding. I only tried the starters, so I can't speak to the rest of the menu. It seems fine for small functions, though I'm not sure it could handle a larger event.

We booked the property for three days for my sister's wedding, and the staff looked after our family so well that it felt like home. Every function was organized really well, and I was amazed by the hospitality and service. Mr. Rajiv deserves special thanks for treating us like family. The food was top quality and so delicious. Thanks to everyone there. I'll definitely book this property again.
