HR Grand Hotel

I arrived expecting to be welcomed as a couple because the booking listing showed this hotel and its related properties as couple-friendly. But after arrival, customer care and the staff, including the receptionist, said couples weren't allowed. That mismatch wasted my time and money and left me upset. If couples aren't accepted, the hotel shouldn't advertise that it is. The misleading information was unacceptable, and the experience felt thoroughly unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking here.

I spent three days here without a working ceiling fan, and the room became very uncomfortable. It also badly affected my sleep. On the first day I reported that the fan wasn't working, and staff said they'd handle it. They replaced it on day two, but the new fan short-circuited, creating an obvious safety concern. After I complained again, no repair or replacement came for the rest of the stay. No room change was offered, and staff showed no urgency or gave a proper response. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting basic amenities or prompt service.

I had a comfortable stay, and the staff were cooperative. Syed Iqram Ali and Masoom bhai were especially professional and helpful. Room service could be improved, though.

The room we got was cold and had no facilities. We'd been told online to expect a different room, but on arrival they sent us to another hotel and gave us this one.
