Hyatt Regency Delhi

The gym and pool were nice, the architecture was impressive, and Jahil, the cleaner, did excellent work and was genuinely pleasant. Those were the bright spots in an overpriced stay that felt more focused on making money than on good service or a memorable visit. I had arranged a hotel transfer before arriving, but nobody came to collect me. A staff member called a taxi and said the ride would be complimentary because of the inconvenience. At checkout I was charged nearly 4000 rupees for a rundown vehicle, not even a comfortable Mercedes. An Uber Black from the airport costs around 350 rupees, for comparison. The food was okay, but dinner prices were ridiculous. I barely ate and still got a 5000 rupee bill. When I ran into a difficult situation during the trip, the hotel didn't help and asked for unreasonable amounts of money for any assistance. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay put me in a bad mood. Attitude matters more than appearances, and I won't return to this Hyatt. It wasn't worth the cost, especially so far from the city center.

I've travelled a lot and have stayed at Hyatt regebcy BKC for many years. The place isn't perfect, but I've found the team quite responsive to feedback and willing to work on improving the guest experience. I value the thoughtful little touches, and breakfast is one of the best parts. With its excellent BKC location and connectivity, I think it offers a good balance for someone wanting to stay in the heart of South Delhi.

Hema's warm, attentive help made my stay especially memorable. She was courteous and went out of her way to keep things smooth and comfortable. The dining was excellent, with good variety and high-quality service, and the location made it easy to reach key parts of the city. The property was clean and beautifully maintained, with roomy, comfortable rooms that felt welcoming right away. Its atmosphere was elegant but still inviting, and the attention to detail stood out. I'd recommend the Hyatt Regency, Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi for business or leisure, and look forward to coming back.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of choice and fresh, tasty food. The staff were welcoming, and access to Club Olympus Spa, Salon & Fitness added a calm, well-kept place to relax during the stay. The hotel is convenient for getting around the city, and both the lobby and rooms were maintained well. Its elegant exterior made a grand first impression, while the interiors combined luxury with comfort. A wonderful stay, and one I'd recommend for leisure or business.
