J60 Suites

The rooms were very good, with solid upkeep and maintenance. I also had a good experience with Team J60, and Ashok Vihar is a good location for this hotel. A few things could be better: room service needs improvement, and the kitchen menu was the same each day, so more variety would help. The card machine wasn't working, which meant anyone without an online payment option had to use cash, even though people often rely on credit cards. I was also told to pay the full amount in advance. Customers should be given the option to pay later.

We booked 10 rooms at J60 Hotel for three days and three nights with a large group. Checkout turned the stay into a really upsetting experience. They charged us 2000 for a broken toilet seat and, despite repeated follow-ups, refused to refund it. That amount for a toilet seat seems absurd, and the refusal felt unfair and showed poor customer service. A hotel service team member had stepped on the toilet pot while fixing the geyser in our room. That could have caused the damage, but the hotel blamed us instead. A toilet seat shouldn't break with normal use unless it is already old, weak, or poorly made, and it's extremely unlikely a guest would deliberately break one. I don't think guests should be charged for a minor wear-and-tear issue like this. I wouldn't recommend J60 Hotel, especially for families or groups. We won't return or recommend it to others. Be ready for arbitrary checkout charges and no accountability.

Nidhi was remarkable when helping guests, and the stay was very pleasant. The rooms were excellent and clean, with really great amenities, including a microwave and complimentary snacks and beverages. The one thing I'd change is the food menu, which could use more variety and improvement.

The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and Mr. Anshuman and the whole staff looked after us warmly. We had a wonderful three-day stay at J60 Suites. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. I'm grateful for the care and service, and would highly recommend it.
