The hotel's location was the one bright spot, and the food they served was tasty. The rest of my two-day stay wasn't good. The sheet on the bed wasn't fresh, and there was no heating or extra blanket for the cold winter. When I asked, they brought a very noisy fan heater, which I refused. The replacement was only a little quieter. On the second night, guests in another room were loud until 3 a.m., so I couldn't sleep.

The breakfast was nothing special, though the omelette was good. We skipped dinner because food choices were slim, but luckily stumbled on pochki table just across the bridge after a short walk. Our room was comfortable, with a good bed, a decent shower, and refreshments. It was quiet despite the traffic. The room was a bit dark and dated, but still pleasant. The hotel sits on a narrow street behind a fence, beside a busy road in a nice residential area with security guards along the street.

I've been living here for six months and can vouch for it as a great place to stay. The location is perfect, the food is very good, and the staff are warm and hospitable. I get regular room upgrades and great service. You won't find this kind of luxury in Delhi at such a decent price anywhere else!

The rooms are neat and good, and its closeness to the Metro means they don't arrange transport. Service is only moderate, so don't count on them to help whenever you need something. It's supposed to be a three-star hotel, but can make you feel like you're in a five-star one. The prices, though! I paid Rs. 140 plus taxes for a black coffee with no milk or sugar, even though the same coffee powder is complimentary in the room. Order it separately and it costs about as much as a Starbucks coffee. They must bring the eggs from Mars too, since a boiled one is Rs. 150 plus taxes.
