It was an easy, hassle-free stay. The rooms were very good and cleaned every day, and the service staff were polite. Wifi kept lagging, but everything else was really good.

The location was OK and not far from the airport, but the room was old and dirty. There was no hot shower, just water that was too cold, and they didn’t even provide drinking water. I checked in 6 Nov 2025. I’d arranged and prepaid with the manager at 19:00 for a taxi to take me to the airport at 4:30 am for my early flight, but in the morning there was no taxi. A staff member was still asleep; I woke him, and he went back to sleep instead of helping. Very poor service.

The food for breakfast and dinner wasn’t edible, and the bathroom was unhygienic to the point that I couldn’t use it. They wouldn’t clean the room even when we asked. Room service was the worst. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. A waste of money.

Even though my booking was valid, they wouldn’t give me a room. I eventually called customer care and cancelled the booking.
