The bed was nice, and the staff had a good attitude, but the building isn’t being maintained properly. I stayed for one day and it was a terrible experience. The bathroom was cramped, had no shower, and the flush leaked. They gave me a dirty bath towel and a soap made from cheap ingredients. The window glass was broken, the TV didn’t work, and there was no drinking water. The pillow cover was dirty too. Thinking about that horrible day still makes me feel disgusted.

The bathroom was awful, with pieces of another customer's feces still in it. I complained directly to the owner, but it wasn’t cleaned. The keyhole was open too, so a servant could see you while you changed clothes. I’ve included some shots; zoom in on the pictures. Never go there. Enjoy your stay like I did. The staff were supportive, but they should take more care with hygiene and prepare rooms on time for existing bookings. My room wasn’t very clean, the towel was dirty, and ants were crawling around in the washroom. The TV was set up so you had to sit to watch it, and the fan ran at a fixed speed with no regulator. It’s a cheap budget hotel, but I’d say it’s good for men and not recommended for women or families.

I had to change rooms twice because of mice and rats. On the first day, we also had an electricity problem, with no power for about three hours from 11:30 pm and no backup. Staff’s response to complaints wasn’t acceptable; they just said to leave or wait because they couldn’t do anything. The owner told us to check out when we called him. Many guests had to leave because of how they handled it, and staff made no effort to fix the issue. Only after people were checking out did they call for help and get it fixed. Everyone was out of their rooms waiting outside until 1:15 or 1:30 at night. The booking experience was bad too. I booked one day online after speaking by phone with a staff member, who told me to book and that I could pay extra to check in. I reached the hotel at 6 am ready to pay, but was told to wait because all rooms were booked, even as they gave rooms to other people. I waited six hours, then 20 minutes before my check-in time they asked me to pay extra charges. I didn’t expect these quality issues or this attitude toward complaints. I totally advise against this place.
