I was really disappointed. The walls were dirty and the paint was old, and the LED didn’t work. I called three times, got excuses, and nobody came before checkout. The bathroom smelled awful. The space by the lift looked more like the entrance to a storeroom than a hotel, and the place didn’t feel fit for a stay. It seems they just provide rooms for people stuck needing somewhere for one night. Even if a room costs, say, Rs 500, guests still shouldn’t be made to stay in what feels like a storeroom. People need a decent room and stay on a budget too. Lower prices aren’t an excuse.
