Preeti and Babar were so friendly. They chatted with me, offered advice on what to visit, and even let me have breakfast at no charge although it wasn't in my reservation. The lobby restaurant had really good food and atmosphere, and the positives outweighed the inconveniences. There were some room problems: the hot water wasn't working, so the cold shower was rough. They let me shower in the top apartment while they waited for the repair. Water also dripped from the ceiling over the toilet, which was annoying to use, and they said they'd fix it. Still, I had a good experience.

They charged me twice after a transaction failed. The staff aren't cooperative, and I'm still chasing them for their bank statement so I can get the refund processed. They haven't helped me with it at all.

The cafe had a good range of delicious food, and the staff were really friendly and hospitable. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, and the lush greenery around the hotel gave it a peaceful feel. The ambience was stunning, and I had a wonderful stay. Definitely worth a visit.

I liked the rooftop seating and view, and the staff were polite and helpful. Naeem attended to us. The cafe, Fika, had very good service, while in-room service was only okay. The rooms were decent, and the toiletries and complimentary tea and coffee sachets were good quality. I stayed for two days and liked the vibe. The Indian food, complimentary breakfast options, and in-room service could be better.

Nayeem and the restaurant team made this the most comfortable stay I've ever had in India, by far. The apartments were beautiful and spacious, and the location was peaceful and convenient, right by Deer Park at the end of Haus Khaz Village, away from the chaos. Service was excellent from check-in through room service.
