Receptionist's Mr Aditya at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and ready to help with requests. That friendly service made my stay more pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the essential amenities, and the location made it easy to explore the area. For a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hotel Hauz Khas inn if you want an affordable, comfortable stay with great service. I'd definitely stay again.

The management was very rude when we asked why the photos looked so different from the real rooms. They said, “thoda difference to hoga hi.” In reality, the rooms were shabby and messy, the stairs were filthy, there was no cleanliness, and room switches were broken. The place also has no lift. It's a pathetic place and not worth even a penny. Don't waste your money booking this hotel. The hotel is a SCAM.

Hotel Hauz Khas Inn is a poor value compared with other South Delhi options if you expect clean, well-kept rooms and reliable amenities. It may suit travelers on a modest budget who mainly want to be near Hauz Khas Village nightlife, since its appeal is the location rather than the quality.

It's not even a place to stay. Service is very bad, and the people have the worst behavior, especially with girls. They don't know how to speak to customers and show very little welcoming hospitality.

Inside, the place is gloomy and unclean, with no windows in the room, no mirror, and no amenities provided. The water is heavily chlorinated, too. Don't let the photos fool you. I would never recommend staying here.
