The reception person was really nice and spoke nicely. Staff were sweet, humble, and helpful, and the stay felt luxurious and comfortable. A nice experience.

The rooms were tiny and very dirty, with an unhygienic bathroom. There seemed to be only one kind of room, nothing like the options shown in the booking.com listing or its pictures. The advertised facilities weren’t available, and there was no support. Avoid booking if you can.

We booked two rooms, and both were dirty. The sheets had stains, and the bathrooms were so filthy they weren’t usable. Staff weren’t cooperative. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families at all. It was the worst experience.

For a reasonable price, this was an amazing stay. It felt relaxing, and the comfort, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. Definitely good value for money.
