MAJESTIC

The rooms were roomy and clean, though the furniture looked a bit dated. Hot water was always available, and the washrooms were clean too. Whenever we needed something, we could call and get prompt help. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special, but not bad either. I had a good stay.

We were struggling to find a suitable place for my family that day, and the hotel management helped us secure a couple of rooms. The staff felt like a blessing when we needed help most. We had a great experience with them, and I'm very grateful for their support and the stay.

I arrived at 11 at night with nowhere else to go after both booking attempts fell through. I had reserved through MakeMyTrip, but the hotel said it was sold out there. I then booked directly on the Fab Hotel portal and got the same answer, even though their own site apparently hadn't updated availability. The management and coordination were useless, with no idea how to keep things current. It was the worst experience of my life. I'll never stay at this property or any Fab Hotel again.

The stay was satisfactory overall. The staff were kind and helpful, and I liked the breakfast. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner.
