Mr sumit (Host father) was kind and supportive throughout my Air bnb stay. He handled all my requests professionally, and I also had personal parking right in front of the building. I had a great experience and would recommend the place to anyone looking for a good stay in delhi, especially in a posh area like hauz khas.

I was there overnight on a short business trip. The room was great, the location superb, and both Wi-Fi and hot water worked. Kailash was very kind and helpful, and the staff were excellent. The next day a group had booked the entire floor, so staff had to clear everything out and no food was available, even though the in-room menu looked good. I'd stay again, hopefully with a hot meal next time.

The rooms are homely in style, the beds are comfy, and the pricing is great. Parking could be better, and the narrow roads up to the property are a bit of a hassle.

Everything we needed was there, and the place felt cozy and peaceful, like a home away from home. The host was welcoming and quick to respond, keeping things smooth from start to finish. We had a lovely, comfortable stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Kailash negi for all the help and support. The bed was super comfy, there was hot and drinking water, and we could order drinks, which were perfect. The stay made our trip 100% better ✨
