The rooms are spacious, and the food is pretty good. The location is also very good, though the main road just outside the colony is often busy. The owner is very sweet, but the manager ignored my problems even after I raised them several times. He also tried to keep our security deposit because he said he’d gotten confused. We got it back thanks to the owner. Maintenance here is really poor. Lots of lights don’t work, there was a fan missing from our room, and even a twin-sharing room has only one cupboard. The laundry area is filthy, and pigeons keep droppings on clothes drying there because the manager refuses to put up a net. The geyser gives hot water for no more than five minutes, even after being on for an hour, despite supposedly being fixed. This is a girls’ PG now, but you can find better ones for less. It isn’t worth the price unless they sort out the maintenance.

The terrace has lovely views of the beautiful surroundings and is accessible to guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the rates are reasonable for this category. It’s in the New friends colony area and easy to reach by road. The bathrooms and hospitality could use some improvement. One notable detail is the adjoining office of Noble Laureate Sh. Kailash Satyarthi.

The rooms are tastefully done, and the staff were lovely and helpful, even when I got lost late at night. Being inside the colony keeps it quiet, though it’s still not too far from the main road. I stayed at the end of September 2018. Finding the place can be tricky, and the signs need work. Some rooms are in very poor shape, but when I complained, the staff changed mine quickly and without any hassle.

The rooms look cozy and the place seems decent, but there appears to be a lot of employee turnover, which makes me wonder if staff are treated well. Most things are fine until you have a problem, and then getting it resolved is a poor experience. There’s no room service or housekeeping after 10 pm. Sometimes there’s no hot water, laundry is always late and needs follow-up, and mobile reception is bad in most rooms.
