We couldn't even find the OYO because the building had no signs, and then we waited almost an hour for staff to open the gate. When we tried to check in at 4 AM, they refused our confirmed Agoda booking for three guests in one room. At first they were fine with my cousin sister being one of the guests, but later they refused because a guest was a woman. The staff were hypocritical and insensitive, and wouldn't even help us stay for a few hours while they checked the details that morning. The person in charge arrogantly told us to leave and do whatever we wanted. Staff said they wouldn't allow a woman to accompany the male guests unless they had the same parents. A very bitter experience.

I cancelled as soon as I got there and saw the place. There was no entrance gate or reception, the access was hidden, and it felt unsafe with no connectivity. This is a very poor place to stay, not a hotel at all. Don't trust the pictures or the rating, you'll regret it. I wish I could give zero stars.

I booked because I wanted an apartment, but the room was covered in dust and I was disappointed when I arrived. The pictures show a kitchen, but there are no utensils, so you can't cook or do anything there. The TV was there, but every channel was locked, and the food was terrible. A waste of my money, and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I recently booked through OYO, but there was no hotel at the location. Somehow I found out they'd closed the property, yet OYO still takes money for bookings and doesn't want to refund it. It seems OYO is using unfair practices to make money. Booking Id Z1M89008

They didn't even leave two towels for us. The room looked tacky, and the staff were rude. A complete waste of money, worst hotel I've stayed in.
