I stayed for three days and had a pleasant time, thanks to the service from Metropolis. The location was great, with facilities right at the doorstep, the rooms were clean, and the staff were good. Mr Patra was especially cooperative and helpful. I’d still ask the management to make the property better.

The location worked perfectly for me, and my room felt roomy and comfortable, with all the amenities and a great vibe. Akhand Pandey and the staff made me feel really welcome. Thanks for a lovely stay, I’d highly recommend it.

Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the hotel was easy to use as a base for exploring the city. My room was modern, spacious, very clean, and had what I needed, with a super comfortable bed. Housekeeping did a great job each day. The staff made me feel welcome from check-in, and after busy days it was nice to come back to the relaxed atmosphere. I’d stay here again on my next trip.

The staff were polite and cooperative, and whenever we asked for something, they got it sorted quickly. We had an excellent stay, no complaints, and it’s a good choice for the price. Recommended 👍

There’s no lift, and room service was very poor. The white bedsheet had dirty marks, and the blanket was so filthy and smelly we couldn’t even touch it. The basin tap came loose every time we tried to use it. Hot water was only available from 6am to 11pm.
