Mr. Rojesh Jacob deserves credit for his professional supervision and commitment to guest satisfaction. Mr. Amul and the whole crew were also warm and provided exceptional service. My stay at A- 454 defence colony apartment was comfortable and convenient, and the property was impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it for a reliable, comfortable stay.

Ravi the Chef is a good cook and was available whenever we needed him, with whatever we needed. Jaypal Singh was a big help at check-in. Another nice stay as usual, and a great job by the team.

The room and infrastructure are a little old, but whenever I reported a problem, they acted quickly, and in the end there were no issues in the room. I stayed in a house in Block C. The manager team responded quickly and helped with everything so I could feel comfortable. The support staff were always smiling and very keen to help. People were really nice from the start.

I can't recommend this place to anyone I know. I've stayed in many hotels in India and overseas, and this is the first time an apartment cancelled my stay without warning. I couldn't get any reply or communication. It's interesting that so many people reacted positively to the good reviews here.

The rooms at Def Col block A & C were clean and had good ventilation. Service was prompt and came with a smile. Mr Shivam, together with Mr Amul, Mr. Amrit & Mr Rohit, made our stay comfortable.
