The staff were polite and supportive, and the service was good, though it ran a little late. The hotel was impressively clean and maintained good hygiene. It was a pleasant stay, but the room’s electrical appliances should be checked regularly to make sure they work properly.

I paid for a deluxe room but was given something that seemed like a standard room. The room was in poor condition, and I didn’t feel safe during my stay. Staff behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable, with inappropriate personal questions and little respect for guests. You can find much better hotels at this price. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

The food tasted okay, but ordering was a hassle. You have to place an order two hours ahead, and even getting basic bottled water like Bisleri took a long time. Hot water from the geyser wasn’t working either. When I complained, they said someone would come in 30 minutes, but I was left waiting 5-6 hours. The receptionist, a bald man, was particularly rude and hostile. The staff were unwelcoming and showed no sense of hospitality or concern for guests’ comfort. I’d advise anyone looking for a stay in Delhi to avoid this hotel. Don’t be misled by the ratings.

The gatekeepers were warm, kind, and always smiling. Also, the older person at reception when we checked in on April 2 around 9:45 pm was a gentleman and very cooperative. He’d been speaking with me by phone throughout the day to help make the stay smoother and said he looked forward to welcoming us. The room cleanliness was below par, with dirty bed linens, washroom, and shower bucket. I booked based on the online reviews, but they seemed like bot responses to me. This didn’t feel like a 4-star property, more like 2.5 stars. At reception on April 3 at 7:30 am, another staff member was rude and argued over petty things. He couldn’t find my details in the system, mixed everything up, and initially denied the buffet breakfast included in my reservation. After I clarified several times, we were told buffet service wasn’t available and were offered two room service choices instead. We asked for tea first and requested the rest of the order within 30 minutes. He made a scene in front of other guests, saying there’d be an extra charge and they couldn’t provide free service again and again, and that all the food had to be delivered at once. I couldn’t stand the nuisance and left the lobby. It’s a 13 minute drive to Terminal 1, though rush hour can affect the trip. This might be an okay brief transit stay for a few hours if you get a discounted deal.
