OYO 2227 Hotel Chalet

The food on the first floor was excellent, and checkout went smoothly. Parking meant a bit of a walk back to the car, but it wasn't a problem. We slept comfortably, and there wasn't much noise even on New Year's Eve. Service was superb, with staff going out of their way to help us feel comfortable. The whole stay was excellent, and we rate it AAAA+. We'll definitely return to the Chalet.

The rooms have no proper window, so there's no natural light or ventilation. That's a major problem for me, though it may suit people who only need somewhere to sleep. I also found the floors weren't clean, even though the bathrooms were clean enough and otherwise OK. The rooms are small, and there's not much around the place. The location is fine but far from the city's central area, so I'd say it's OK for business travel, not couples or family holidays. After staying here for two weeks, I had repeated allergy flare-ups, stomach problems, and stress from some awkward situations with the manager.

Breakfast was the best complimentary one we've had in a long time, and everything was fresh and well stocked. Service was excellent, too. My husband and I loved the place, which seemed to be one of the newer spots in Saket. The outside was beautiful and well kept, and the inside was very nice. The bed had quilts, just what you'd expect for Saket. The price was very reasonable. I wish we'd stayed longer, and I highly recommend it.

For seven days in Saket, 14500 seemed like a fair deal. The metro station is about 200 m away, there's good Airtel reception, and a medical store and snacks are nearby. Check-in was quick, room service was good, and the room was in good shape with a fridge and a PIN-protected safe. Food is a little expensive, but the rest was good, above average. Staff were really polite and helpful. I asked for mosquito repellent and got it within a minute. Mosquitos aren't really a concern here, since Delhi has more mosquitos than people. Cheers, it was a pleasant stay all in all.
