Avoid this place if you can. The rooms barely seem worth Rs 500, most are under construction, and the ones they assign have broken furniture. Management is terrible and practically nonexistent. We regret hosting our guests here.

I was treated to a very bad stay. The front office staff were rude and seemed almost ready to pick a fight, and guests weren’t properly allowed in. There was no hospitality, and when we needed basic cutlery, they didn’t provide it. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable, respectful environment.

A third-rate hotel. The rooms are awful, and they’re making fools of people. Don’t even think of going there.

The staff and manager were horrible. It felt like an OYO kind of place, with couples coming and going, and not somewhere a family can stay. It’s costly for the unsupported system you get. The manager said they had no kitchen to warm food for my 6-month-old baby, even though they do have a kitchen. Think twice before booking. That’s all I can say.

This was our second stay, and the experience had gone from bad to worse. We booked a room with Oyo through their website, but when we arrived, they refused check-in, saying the amount was too low for the room they were offering. That shouldn’t be the customer’s problem. They also refused completely when we asked for an extra bed. The staff were untrained and unprofessional, with no customer service. Hospitality means serving your guests well, and they failed at it. I seriously wouldn’t recommend this place.
