OYO 26648 The Kytes

I stayed at The kytes deluxe with a friend for a weekend, and we were really happy with the place. The prices are excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. They made us feel at home from the start, and reception was helpful in showing us to our room. It was lovely and super clean, with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. Loved the pillows too! The bathroom and shower were very clean, and we had a great night out.

It’s a welcoming new property, and the staff are warm. The services are limited, though, and the hotel is tucked far inside, making it hard to find. It’s also a long way from the metro rail. You’ll find it in a small lane off busy Chhattarpur road, near Rajpur Extension. Couples, families, and solo guests could all enjoy staying here if they don’t mind tracking down the location.

Mr.vicky was especially rude. He first advised me to book offline, saying there wouldn’t be the same issues that way. I took his advice and booked offline on 29th Sep, and invited a friend to join me. The whole staff then treated both of us rudely and charged me 500 extra, bringing the total to about 1800. The service and staff behavior weren’t what I expected. I’d suggest checking another hotel.

The property was nice, with spacious rooms, and the room itself was good. But the breakfast was awful, like they were serving old paranthas. Also, this was the first time a hotel knocked to tell me before checkout that I had to leave by 11 am. They have a telecom service and should have notified me through that.
