The rooms aren’t kept up properly. The charging plugs are broken, the television looks decades old, and the refrigerator in the room doesn’t work. The bedsheets weren’t clean either.

The only real plus was being close to New Delhi railway station. The room was dusty, not very clean, and had some insects. Staff also came into our room without asking. They charged us the hotel’s high food price for outside food they had brought, then asked for extra because they said they’d gone out of their way to get it. We ordered four teas, got two, and were still charged for four. Bottled water cost extra too. Very bad staff behavior.

The rooms were dirty, and there were lots of bedbugs in the room, on the sheets or pillows at night. The AC and TV didn’t work properly, and the Wi-Fi was very poor. Staff switched off the AC and geyser whenever they wanted. At night, reception staff were drunk and misbehaved with guests, including Pathak, Yadav, and others.

The TV, Wi-Fi, and AC weren’t working properly, and staff would turn the AC and geyser off and on whenever they wanted. There were so many bedbugs that we couldn’t sleep. At night the staff were drunk and spoke very rudely, especially Pathak and Yadav in the evening. The service and staff behavior were both bad. Don’t stay here with family. 😔 Bad experience 😭
