I slept comfortably, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and modern furnishings. The staff were friendly and professional, and were always willing to help or answer questions about local transport and directions.

The location was good, and the room service staff were helpful and well behaved. The other staff were helpful too, except for the manager at the front desk. I wasn't happy with the lack of clear pricing. A meal listed on the menu at around Rs 255 cost me Rs 355. When I asked, they said that included a room service charge and 10% tax, neither of which had been mentioned anywhere. My AC also didn't work. After I asked several times, they offered to move us to a larger room for an extra charge, which I declined.

The rooms were very dirty, and the AC wasn't working. They also charged me extra for service. The owner was too rude, and I had a terrible experience. It felt like they only cared about getting money and didn't care about customers or giving proper service. I don't know why people like this start a business.

My headphones disappeared from the room during the one day I stayed. When I complained, the staff did nothing to help or take responsibility, just made excuses. It felt like there was no security or professionalism. The management was careless, the staff were rude, and guests' belongings and safety didn't seem to matter. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't go back. Don't waste your money here, you'll regret it.
