The hotel was decent for the price, and the stay was good overall. The main thing to improve is cleanliness; everything else was perfect. It's near the airport. If it's your first time in Delhi, don't book a cab because they charge more for airport pickup. Take the metro to Delhi Aerocity metro station instead, then it's just a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Hand wash soap and towels weren't ready in the room, and you have to ask for them. Sometimes you get them after requesting. The television setup box also sometimes needs to be recharged before programs start. These should be basic amenities, ready promptly.

The rooms were above average, and the staff were okay. The place is quite hard to find because there's no sign with its name. For anyone looking, it's on the first and second floors above Canara Bank, with no elevator.

I booked a room from February 14 to 16, 2020, and paid the full amount when booking (Booking ID: 72BQJQ). When I arrived to check in at 12:30 a.m. on February 15, no room was available. I was left waiting at midnight for an hour, then the desk manager took me to a nearby hotel. The service provider offered none of the provisions promised in its web ad, and the room was dirty. The manager guaranteed I'd get a room at this hotel the next morning. Instead, they assigned me one on the terrace. It stank of urine and dust, so I went out, found a clean room, and moved.
