Mr. Kim was wonderful, very kind, and made sure everything was taken care of. The hotel is neat, clean, and attractive, and the stay was hassle free. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The Paharganj area can feel shady at night and gets heavy traffic during the day, which is why I’m giving four stars. I chose this hotel to be near CP for my VISA appointment, and it worked out well. The rooms and service were really good, and the staff were cooperative and accommodating with extra requirements.

We needed connecting rooms for a medical trip, and the staff did a lot to help us during our pleasant seven-day stay. The two-bedroom suite was a little smaller than usual, though they do have larger rooms. This is a small bw property in a very busy location, but the price was reasonable during pooja and diwali. The restaurant crew and chef were amazing, even though the food wasn’t quite suited to our palate. Satyam helped with the booking, Ankit helped get my mom around in her wheelchair, and Farhan and Vandana arranged an extension, including finding a suitable alternative for another guest despite the extra days being booked. At midnight, Kim went out of his way to send a guard with me to get emergency medicine from a pharmacy. They brought breakfast to my mom in the room because she was a patient and couldn’t move, stored our ice gel packs in their deep fridge, and brought ice several times a day. The room service, cleaning, and maintenance staff were kind and always checked with us before treating anything, even paper, as junk.

The room was small, the bathroom smelled bad, and the towels were poor. The door lock didn’t work properly, the room phone didn’t work at all, and the shower stopped halfway through. Breakfast wasn’t up to the mark either. Nothing seemed okay here. This was probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding it to save yourself a lot of headaches.
