I felt like the owner was a friend who’d help with whatever I needed. His big smile really stands out, and the place is well maintained. The rooms were big, cozy and super clean, and I loved the nice surroundings. Strong WiFi was useful while traveling, and the main hall was a great spot to relax in front of the TV. I had a super positive stay and would highly recommend it.

The Penthouse made my first Delhi stay feel safe and comfortable. The apartment was hygienic, and all the facilities were working as described. Staff were friendly and there whenever I needed help. 100% recommended.

I had a great stay in the penthouse. It’s clean and comfortable, with very nice staff, and everything you need is nearby. Restaurants, shops and the metro are within walking distance, or you can take a bike or auto Rikshaw. There’s also a fruit and vegetable market every day, which is really convenient.

The stay was terrible. There was a noisy party on the night we arrived, and the location didn’t feel safe. The rooms were dusty and had cockroaches. We had no water, and when we asked the caretaker for help, he did nothing. Later we found out he only needed to plug in the motor.

The service was nice, and we had no other issues. It’s meant to be a 4 bhk, but only two rooms are good. One has a bed in poor condition and no AC. The fourth room has a sofa set meant to convert into a bed, but that’s in poor condition too.
