They charged 1200 for an AC room, but the AC was switched off after midnight. The rooms were dirty, with stained sheets, dirty walls and interiors, and towels that couldn't be used. Service didn't match the price at all. Staff also quoted prices for things that were higher than anything I'd heard before. Sleeping on the road would've been better. Don't make the mistake of staying here.

The food was unreasonably expensive, and when I paid the final bill they added GST even though the booking price included it. I had a pathetic stay. The room was damp and smelly, with a pillow that was visibly brown. There was no towel or soap, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, adding to the smell. The AC in the room they gave me didn't work. After I argued with reception, they turned it on for a while and said it wasn't serviced because it was winter, despite it being 32 degrees outside. I would never recommend this place.

Hotel Sai Dham International was the worst hotel I've seen. The room wasn't clean, the bed cover was dirty, the walls were damaged, and the water tap was dirty and rusty. The AC also didn't work properly: they turned it on for 3-4 hours, then switched it off. There are far better hotels in Paharganj Delhi, so don't fall for anyone's pitch. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The location is convenient, close to New Delhi Railway station, with the Metro station just a short walk away. If needed, staff can arrange a personal Taxi right at the doorstep of the Hotels. Our room was nice and reasonably priced, and the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were helpful, polite, humble, genuine, friendly, and cooperative like brothers. Thanks and regards to the Owner Sir, Manager Sir, and the whole staff. I'd suggest this Hotel to others. Thanks again.

The staff gave us a poor experience. The flush wasn't working, and they charged extra for the AC room and GST too. A water bottle cost Rs 35 rupees.
