The place feels like a jail. The rooms are in awful condition, nothing is clean, and the bathrooms are terrible with no ventilation. I’d suggest looking elsewhere, or staying in a dorm instead.

The rooms are just average and poorly maintained, and the bathroom wasn’t clean or stocked with soap or shampoo. The staff were only okay. The lift wasn’t working, so getting upstairs was a struggle.

There was barely room to move around, and the bathroom fittings were mostly damaged. The geyser was broken, so there was no hot water, and the bathroom was a mess. The hotel didn’t provide towels, and when I asked, the staff were rude and unhelpful. It was an extremely disappointing stay, and cleanliness and guest satisfaction clearly weren’t priorities from the moment I arrived.

There was no AC, even though I’d booked an AC room. The water heater didn’t work either, and the Wi-Fi they promised on the site was very slow. The hotel was shabby, the washrooms were dirty, and the mattress and pillows smelled awful. I wouldn’t recommend it and would never visit again.

The room was untidy, and the bathroom was awful, with broken fittings and no hot water because the geyser wasn’t working. They provided used towels, and room service was very poor. They need to take better care of every aspect.
