I booked three nights based on the earlier reviews, though there was one warning. It seemed too good to be true, and it was. I had to give the hotel a rating just to leave this review. Honestly, I think the reviews are bogus. It’s a hotel, technically, but more like a flea motel, disappointing and nearly disgusting. If you have any sort of standard, even if you live in a mud house, this place will be unacceptable. The room promised two king beds, but had two singles and felt like something out of a Nightmare on Elm Street. The whole place was like that. Other rooms they showed had peeling walls and didn’t meet even basic standards. I feel sorry for the poor guy at the front desk, who has to deal with unhappy guests. The price came to roughly 5666Rs/night. Those sixes speak for themselves. I’d already paid for three nights before seeing the disaster. They refused to refund me, even though the booking was canceled on Booking.com and the balance was 0Rs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

Reviews of Hotel RTS in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, are mixed. Some guests liked the 24-hour front desk, non-smoking rooms, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Many others were disappointed with the service, cleanliness, maintenance, and the experience overall. One reviewer advised people to keep away. Guests have described the service as not up to mark and raised concerns about room cleanliness and upkeep. Hotel opinions vary with people’s expectations and experiences, so it’s a good idea to read reviews from different sources before deciding.

We were charged as soon as we arrived, before we had even seen the room. Once inside, it was filthy, with cockroaches crawling around, and we were afraid to touch anything. We asked to leave and get our money back, but the hotel refused. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The glowing online reviews seem fake to me. It felt like a scam, and other people should know.

Ajay Raj at reception made a long journey end on a pleasant note. He greeted me with a real smile, was professional and welcoming, and quickly helped with everything I needed. RTS Hotel near Delhi Airport was well maintained and suited my short stay well.

My room was dirty, smelled bad, and nothing worked. The staff were rude too, so I'd spend a little more and stay somewhere else. I booked two weeks ahead and confirmed with the hotel, but on the day they couldn't find my reservation and made me wait two hours for a room. I don't know how this place got 4.9 stars, unless that's out of 100. It feels like a review scam.
