I've stayed here twice before and it was okay, but this third visit was really disappointing. The lift wasn't working, just as it hadn't been on my first visit, so it seems no maintenance has been done. They gave me a smaller room than the larger one I'd booked. The bedsheets and blanket were so dirty I didn't want to sit on the bed, and when I asked for clean ones, they said laundry wasn't available. They charged extra for extra bedding, which was fine, but didn't even provide a bedsheet. The furniture was dusty and hygiene was lacking. A very bad experience this time.

The food tasted good, which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. At Golden Petal Banquet, the rest of the visit was disappointing. The location and parking were inconvenient, and the ambience wasn't good. The interiors looked outdated, the sofas had sunk in so much they were uncomfortable, and the washrooms were very dirty with chipped paint on the walls. The owner should look after visitor comfort and hygiene better.

The rooms were neat and clean, though the price felt a little high. It does work well for small events, like a birthday party or a small reception.

The banquet's service was the worst I've ever had. The food quality and room service were both awful. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Neat, clean, and one of the best hotels in the area 👌 I'd recommend it to everyone.
