They take Oyo bookings, then try to persuade the customer to cancel and pay charges instead. It’s dirty service. The staff don’t even answer the phone, and they’ve also taken extra charges. I haven’t cancelled my booking yet, and I’ll see who cancels it. I entered the booking ID too: wdms3891, today’s Oyo booking.

Not even a working socket or a geyser, and there are no slippers either. They don’t follow Oyo rules. Only suitable for flying, if you get what I mean.

The rooms were shabby, the toilet was dirty and leaking, and there were loads of mosquitoes. Service was poor too. I wouldn’t consider it safe for families.

I’ve been coming here for three years, but the staff’s behavior has left me really upset. I booked offline and was charged 1100 rupees for 12 hours. When I said I’d be there from 11 in the morning until 8 at night, they started asking for extra money. The receptionist was drunk and couldn’t speak properly, even in the morning. The rooms aren’t clean either. This has been going on for the last 2-3 months, and I won’t come back. If Google had a zero-star option, that’s what I’d give. Better to find another hotel.

The room and toilet were both unclean, and the staff weren’t pleasant to deal with. Going here is a waste of time. I’d choose another hotel.
