There was no drinking water or kettle in the room, and no TV, landline, or pantry service. The toilet seat and flush were broken, the walls and floor were dirty, and the rooms were extremely untidy. The bedsheet had cigarette burn marks, and mosquitoes filled the room with no repellent provided. The only reason I’m giving one star is that the fan and geyser worked. The owner should listen to guest feedback and fix these issues before calling the rooms a hotel.

The bedsheets were filthy, and I doubt they’d even been washed. The walls were scratched up or marked with crayon. The manager needs to improve this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
