I ordered tea at night and never got it. My room wasn’t cleaned until 9 pm, even though I checked in at 10 am. Nothing was clean, from the bedsheet and pillow cover to the washroom. The housekeeping was awful.

I didn’t feel safe here. The staff were rude, and the boys at the hotel didn’t behave decently. The rooms weren’t clean, and the check-in timing was terrible. They acted as if we were staying for free. The worst experience ever, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here.

On 19 July, five of us were left waiting to check in after our OYO booking was confirmed. No hotel staff were available, and we were told nobody could check us in. OYO customer care didn’t help either, so we eventually booked another property in a different location. This is OYO service. Shame on OYO Hotels.

The service was awful and the price was very high. The hotel is in an area where women don’t feel safe, and even the service boys try to hit on girls. I’ll never recommend this place.

The food cost too much for what it was, and the place wasn’t good. The rooms were dirty, and the bedsheets were covered in mess and stains.
