The outer premises looked much better than the room. Inside, it wasn't clean, the TV was missing, and the AC didn't work. I asked to move, but they said there were no other rooms even though they were still taking bookings. The room got so hot that I had to leave the hotel at 3 PM. I expected a nice stay and was badly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you're traveling with a partner.
I'd checked in here three times before, but on my fourth visit they refused me because I used a coupon in the OYO app and got a lower price. They told me to book again and offered the same room for more money. It felt like a scam, and I think people should avoid this hotel. I would give it zero stars for this sort of cheap behavior. Worst hotel.
Everything was clean, and the staff were helpful and caring. The food was really tasty too. Singh guest House was one of the best places I've stayed to rest and have fun. It was a great experience.
For one person, it was good value at under 1000. The place is near New sainik exam center, and Dwarka Sec 10 is the closest metro station.
I was here for two months, and the staff felt like family. Everyone was friendly and cooperative, especially rana sir and Shalu mam.
