OYO Flagship 504 Greater Kailash

The location is great and the rooms are clean, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and I wasn’t happy with the stay overall. There’s no kitchen and no hot water, which was really upsetting. For what you pay for a room, the experience wasn’t very satisfactory.

The room looked alright, but the receptionist was completely arrogant. My online booking email said I had to pay 50% of the total stay, yet when I arrived they asked for the full amount. Breakfast was listed for 7.30, and when I said I had to leave for work at 7 and asked if they could pack it, they said no. While I was trying to get help from OYO customer care, another guest asked for an extra blanket and was refused. Someone else called because the toilet paper had run out in their washroom, and the receptionist said no to them too. I don’t know why this hotel is even open. This was my first and last OYO stay. I’ll never recommend it to anyone.

We booked about 6 rooms for a college trip, and the experience was the opposite of what I’d expect from a “Flagship” hotel. There was a foul smell in the rooms, suggesting poor maintenance. The AC didn’t work in two rooms, and management couldn’t get it repaired in time or move us to other rooms. Breakfast was average. Even one star feels too generous.

They forged my signature in the register and made a fake check-in entry using my Govt ID. The service was also poor. Rooms weren’t well kept, housekeeping fell short, and the staff weren’t good, even by budget hotel standards. I’ve stayed at a FabHotel, where the staff were more courteous and better trained.
