Hotel Town House

I liked the rooftop cafe vibe, and the food was good. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with wonderful staff and a great location. The beds were very firm, firmer than I like.

The location was good, parking caused no problems, and the staff were supportive. Wifi and TV were available. But the room was small and expensive, and didn’t feel worth the price. It was dirty in the bathroom, and there were no room keys available, so you couldn’t lock the room when going out. Just an average stay, neither too good nor too bad.

The tap water was salty, which I didn’t like. The in-house kitchen serves good quality food, including a morning buffet. The reception staff greeted us and were ready to help around the clock. The lobby is small but nicely designed, with soft lighting and air conditioning, and the property seemed to be one of OYO’s latest offerings. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, with bottled water already there. You can ask to see the rooms when confirming your booking.

The rooms at Town House Paschim Vihar 607 weren’t clean, with a lot of dust coming from both the bed and floor. The sheets were in very poor condition and hadn’t been washed, and seemed to be reused for many clients. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. OYO charged more than the price shown on its own online platform. A very disappointing experience. I hope this is taken as feedback so the service can improve, not just as a complaint. Thank you.
