The place was crawling with cockroaches and bugs, and the conditions were unhygienic. My wife even developed a skin infection. At checkout the owner was very rude and demanded extra payment, while the manager we’d discussed the room charges with had conveniently disappeared. A terrible experience. I strongly advise against booking here.

The front service and the environment were the worst I’ve experienced. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

They charged 50% more for the room booking, then gave us a downgraded room. It felt like they just wanted us to reach the hotel so they could demand extra money. Goibibo customer care didn’t help: they cancelled my booking and did nothing else. Both are looting customers. Beware of these fraudsters.

The room and bathroom stank, and we were dealing with bedbugs and cockroaches. The manager was very harsh and wouldn’t listen to us. A pathetic, very bad experience.

We were charged 900 rupees for an uncleaned room. There was a lot of dust, and cockroaches were in both the washroom and our room. Very poor service, and a really bad experience.
